Peer Review Process

Articles submitted are peer reviewed by members of the Editorial Board. Review takes about four weeks, but on occassion may take longer if additional reviews are needed.

 

Publication Frequency

Web issue published twice a year.

 

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
