Abstract

A good bibliographic instructional program (i.e., teaching users how to access library material through indexes, abstracts and other bibliographic tools) is essential to any aspect of public service work in a library. This is particularly true in documents depositories where the chief responsibility is to offer all citizens free and ready access to government information.
