Making a Change Through Committee Service

Abstract

In the midst of a pandemic, the Staff Development Committee at Academic Library Services committed to providing virtual opportunities for genuine connection and discussion with colleagues. From starting a library reading group to collecting donations to benefit the community, the committee strove to make a postitive impact.
